Dhyan for office

Just before you lunch, try to relax a bit. You have worked through half the day and now a mental stress has started setting in. mostly you go to the lunch table and talk the same office stuff. You mostly repeat the same things that have happened during the first half of the day. Again the way you talk has to depend on the kind of people you are talking. You are again stressed at the lunch table also.

Just take ten minutes of the time for your self. Sit in your office alone. If you are working in the open office where there are many people who can see you then you will find it a little bit difficult to pursue what I am going to talk now. But, for them there is another method Dhyan in open offfice

Sit down on your chair. Take a deep breath. Keep your posture erect. Remove your spectacles (if you wear) and watches and close your eyes. Set a time alarm of five minutes first to start with and then you can increase to ten minutes. Keep your legs flat on the floor, your hands on the armrest of the chair. Take deep breaths and relax your muscles. Watch your breaths coming in and going out. Closely observe your breath, observe each sound that it creates during the inhalation and exhalation. Observe the air parcels going inside and spreading the energy within your body. Your body is getting recharged with each breath. The exhalation is removing the burnt waste from your body and your body is getting cleaned with every exhalation. Your body is relaxed.

Try not to stress on concentration. If thoughts regarding the issues of the office come, do not try to stop them, be observant and try to see the inhalation and exhalation of breath.

Continue doing this till your alarm ring bells. Touch your face gently and open your eyes slowly. Go for lunch. You will feel that you are filled with positive thoughts and the stress is gone.
